Mabuyai

June 22, 2009

Salam.

Aku demam.
Aku selsema.
Aku demam selsema.
Aku demam dan selsema.

Aku sudah berjumpa doktor
dan katanya tidak perlu risau
“Ini bukan H1N1”.

Aku tidak risau
cuma mahu berjaga-jaga
kerana sehingga hari ini
sudah 50 kes di Malaysia.

Kalau aku demam selsema biasa sahaja
kenapa aku pening dan pitam hari ini?
Tekanan? Letih? Atau apa?

Doakan supaya aku cepat sembuh. Amin.

Datuk Sudirman

Bak kata Nabil “Lu pikir lah sendiri!”

Semoga roh Allahyarham Datuk Sudirman Haji Arshad dicucuri rahmat. Al-Fatihah.

Cefaléia

June 17, 2009

Headaches are one of the most common health complaints people experience. Although headaches can range from irritating to incapacitating, most are not associated with a serious illness. However, the occurrence of a new type of headache requires medical evaluation to determine the cause.

Headaches are usually caused by either muscle tension, vascular problems, or both. Migraines are vascular in origin, and may be preceded by visual disturbances, loss of peripheral vision, and fatigue. Most headaches can be relieved or ameliorated by over-the-counter pain medications.

If your answer is:

Lion = you’re dull.

Chimpanzee = you’re dense.
Giraffe = you’re a complete moron.
Squirrel = you’re hopeless.

A COCONUT TREE DOESN’T HAVE BANANAS.

Obviously you’re stressed and overworked. You should take some time off and relax.

Antara ‘Haah’, ‘Benar’ Dan ‘Betul’

Seorang pelancong Australia nampak kebingungan ketika mencari sebuah

restoran makanan barat di Jalan Pasir. Tak lama kemudian seorang budak kecil melintas didepannya.. dan tanpa fikir panjang dia cuba bertanya pada budak kecil itu dengan bahasa melayu yang kucar kacir.

“Maaf dik.. tumpang tanya.. Apa betul ini jalan Pasir?”

Budak kecil itu mengangguk sambil menjawab… “ha’ah”

Pelancong itu tidak faham perkataan ‘ha’ah’.

Put Them Down

June 11, 2009

Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it. He held it up for all to see & asked the students “How much do you think this glass weighs?”

‘50gms!’ ….. ‘100gms!’ …..’125gms’ …the students answered.

“I really don’t know unless I weigh it,” said the professor, “but, my question is: What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?”

‘Nothing’ …..the students said.

‘Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?’ the professor asked.

‘Your arm would begin to ache’ said one of the student

“You’re right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?”

“Your arm could go numb, you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis & have to go to hospital for sure!” ….. ventured another student & all the students laughed.

“Very good. But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?” asked the professor.

‘No’…. Was the answer.

“Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress?”

The students were puzzled.

“What should I do now to come out of pain?” asked professor again.

“Put the glass down!” said one of the students

“Exactly!” said the professor.

Life’s problems are something like this. Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK.

Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache. Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything.

It’s important to think of the challenges or problems in your life,
But EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to ‘PUT THEM DOWN’ at the end of every day before You go to sleep..

That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh & strong & can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!

El Nino

June 10, 2009

Salam.

Natural Resources and Environment Minister Datuk Douglas Uggah Embas said the Meteorological Department has reported the El Nino phenomenon.

Malaysia experiences a hot and dry season in June, July and August with temperatures ranging between 33 °C to 34 °C. However, with the El Nino phenomenon, temperatures can rise by an additional 3 °C.

Uggah said with such hot and dry conditions, any open burning activity could make things worse. He said the Asean Specialised Meteorological Centre satellite report had identified 125 hot spots in the country from May 25 to June 7.

The report also showed an increase of hot spots in Sumatra and Kalimantan with 996 and 108 hot spots respectively.

😮 Wallahualam. Harap diampunkan dosa-dosa aku selama ini. Amin.
